(i) Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within **[2] days** of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to **HYPHAENTEX** for processing.
(ii) **HYPHAENTEX** does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like the **Exam fee**. This transaction is considered final once completed.
(iii) In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our **customer service team**. The request would be entertained once **HYPHAENTEX** has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within **[2] days** of receipt of registration. The customer service team will take an appropriate decision.
(iv) In case of complaints regarding the exam procedure, scheduling, or results, please refer to the detailed guidelines available on the **website** for the official resolution process.
(v) In case of any refunds formally approved by **HYPHAENTEX**, it will take up to **[5]** business days for the refund to be processed to you.
